We make, ship and answer messages Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a holiday are answered on the next business day.
Need to change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as you can. Because pieces are engraved to order, we can normally still change or cancel an order within 5 business hours of it being placed — after that, engraving may already have started. We make and ship Monday to Friday, so an order placed over a weekend can usually still be changed on the next business day.
If you already spotted a typo, say so in the subject line and include your order number. We would much rather catch it before it is engraved.
Something arrived wrong or damaged?
Tell us what happened and attach a photo if you can. Misspelled, damaged or not what you expected — returns are free for 30 days, we pay the return shipping, and we will remake a piece we got wrong rather than just refund it, if that is what you would rather have.
What to include
It saves a round trip if you can tell us your order number, the name or engraving on the piece, and what you would like us to do. If you do not have the order number to hand, the email address you ordered with is enough for us to find it.
