Shipping policy
Everything we sell is made to order, so a delivery date has two parts: the time we spend making it, and the time it spends in transit. Both are listed separately below, and the totals are what you should actually plan around.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
When we make and ship
We make and ship Monday to Friday. An order placed on a weekend or a public holiday starts on the next business day.
Making your order
1–3 business days in production before it ships. Nothing is made until you order it — the pendant is engraved or cut from the text you typed, and your message card is printed at the same time.

Free standard shipping applies to every US order. There is no minimum and no code needed.
What that means on a calendar
Every figure above is in business days, because we do not make or ship at weekends. Once weekends are counted, standard delivery usually lands 8–15 days after you order on an ordinary calendar.
If your order is for a dated occasion — a birthday, a baptism, an anniversary, Christmas — please order with room to spare, and choose expedited if the date is close. We would rather you arrived early than have us rushing something that is engraved with someone's name.
After you order
You will get an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email when your order ships.
Check your delivery address on the confirmation. If anything is wrong, email support@heirloomeverlast.com as soon as you can — we can normally still correct an address, and a change caught within 5 business hours usually reaches us before engraving begins.
Delays outside our control
Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is theirs rather than ours. Weather, peak periods and carrier backlogs can add days to the transit windows above, and we cannot shorten them. What we can do is tell you honestly where your order is — email us and we will look.
If something arrives wrong or damaged
Tell us and we will fix it. Returns are free within 30 days, we pay the return shipping, and if we got something wrong we would rather remake it than simply refund you. The full terms are in our refund policy.
